We will first meet to discuss your goals. Our discussion will include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Medical history
  • Lifestyle
  • Weight concerns
  • Exercise history (successes and failures)

After evaluation, we can create a fitness program designed to meet your individual needs. 

As part of your program, we will incorporate a variety of free weights, machines and cardio equipment, as well as exercises to improve balance and flexibility.
